While working exclusively for Lockheed Martin on NASA/DOD-focused programs for nearly three decades, we demonstrated a 100%-proposal win rate, as well as successful program start-up and execution. We have also maintained an average win rate of 85% on proposals created for other small-to-medium-sized businesses. In addition to Lockheed Martin, I’ve worked with Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Boeing, L-3 Comm, Booz Allen, Lohfeld Consulting, and Shipley & Associates on proposals for Federal agencies like NASA, USAF, the U.S. Army and Navy, Homeland Security, the Department of State, and others. While preparing solicitations for such agencies, we have led capture, managed the proposal process, and developed proposal content.
